How To Care

A care guide for dried flowers at home

01

Choose a Good Location

Keep away from direct sunlight — it fades colours quickly. Avoid humidity, which can cause mould and limp petals. Room temperature or cooler is ideal; keep away from heaters, fireplaces, or warm appliances.

02

Dust Them Gently

Use a soft brush, feather duster, or a hairdryer on the cool/low setting from a distance to remove dust without damaging the petals.

03

Avoid Water or Sprays

Never water dried flowers — they are preserved and moisture will ruin them. Avoid perfumes, sprays, or essential oils directly on the blooms.

04

Keep Them Stable

Place in a spot where they will not be bumped or handled often. Use a heavy vase or container to prevent tipping over.

05

Seal Them (Optional)

Lightly spray with unscented hairspray from about 12 inches away to strengthen and preserve petals. Let dry completely. Do this every 4–6 months or when flowers become too brittle.

06

Store Extra Flowers Properly

Store extra dried blooms in acid-free tissue paper, in a dry box or container, in a cool, dark space away from sunlight and humidity.
